EDIC PILOT PARTICIPATION FRAMEWORK

Foundational Pilot Program

Issued by: EDIC – Education Data & Integrity Council

Framework: RAIV™ (Result Attribution & Integrity Validation)

Version: 1.0

Status: Limited Pilot Framework

Effective Period: Admission Cycle Pilot Phase(Time-bound)

1. PURPOSE OF THE PILOT

The EDIC Pilot Participation Framework defines the conditions under which a limited number of institutions and contributors may participate in EDIC's initial validation phase.

This pilot exists to:

  • Test the RAIV™ framework under real conditions
  • Validate evidence standards
  • Observe operational challenges
  • Establish credibility through restraint and rigor

The pilot is not a public launch, not a commercial program, and not an onboarding process.

2. NATURE OF THE PILOT

The EDIC pilot is:

  • Limited in scope
  • Invitation-based
  • Evidence-driven
  • Manually operated
  • Non-commercial

Participation does not imply endorsement, ranking, or certification.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION

EDIC may consider participation requests from:

3.1 Institutions

  • Schools, academies, or coaching institutions
  • With verifiable academic programs
  • With documented student engagement history
  • Willing to share evidence privately

3.2 Teachers

  • Teachers with documented instructional involvement
  • Contribution acknowledged or contestable by institutions
  • Willing to submit verifiable records

3.3 Exclusions

EDIC will not consider:

  • Anonymous submissions
  • Marketing agencies or intermediaries
  • Institutions seeking promotional validation
  • Claims submitted post-result without prior engagement evidence

4. SCOPE OF PILOT VALIDATION

During the pilot, EDIC will validate only a narrow and predefined scope, which may include:

  • Academic result attribution
  • Instructional contribution timelines
  • Primary vs secondary contribution differentiation

EDIC reserves the right to:

  • Limit validation to specific examination categories
  • Decline categories outside pilot scope
  • Adjust scope without public announcement

5. PARTICIPATION PROCESS (HIGH-LEVEL)

The pilot process follows these stages:

  • Expression of Interest
Institution or contributor contacts EDIC via official channels.
  • Preliminary Screening
    EDIC reviews eligibility and relevance.
  • Evidence Request
    EDIC requests supporting documentation privately.
  • RAIV™ Review
Evidence is evaluated against charter principles.
  • Outcome Recording
A validation record may be created, declined, or deferred.

EDIC does not guarantee progression beyond any stage.

6. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS (GENERAL)

Evidence may include:

  • Enrollment records
  • Instructional schedules
  • Attendance or engagement logs
  • Teacher assignment records
  • Dated academic materials

Marketing material, testimonials, or post-result claims are not considered evidence.

7. RIGHT TO DECLINE OR WITHDRAW

EDIC reserves the absolute right to:

  • Decline participation without explanation
  • Suspend or terminate pilot participation
  • Withdraw validation where evidence is later found insufficient

Such decisions are not subject to appeal during the pilot phase.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA HANDLING

During the pilot:

  • All submissions are treated as confidential
  • No public disclosure occurs without explicit consent
  • Data is used strictly for validation purposes
  • No data is sold, shared, or monetized

9. NON-COMMERCIAL POSITION

Participation in the pilot:

  • Does not involve fees
  • Does not guarantee future inclusion
  • Does not imply preferential treatment

EDIC does not offer incentives, promotions, or benefits for participation.

10. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION

During the pilot:

  • EDIC will not publish rankings
  • Institution names may not be disclosed
  • Outcomes may be referenced only in aggregate or anonymized form
  • Any public reference requires mutual agreement.

11. DURATION & CONCLUSION

The pilot:

  • Is time-bound
  • May conclude without public announcement
  • May or may not lead to a broader framework

Completion of the pilot does not imply transition to a permanent program.

12. GOVERNING POSITION

The pilot exists to test discipline, not scale.

EDIC prefers:

  • Fewer participants
  • Stronger evidence
  • Slower decisions

Over speed, volume, or visibility.
